Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work for the MeowMD service, operated by AL WASI LLC (MeowMD is a DBA of AL WASI LLC). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Free Plan

The MeowMD Free Check plan is free to use and requires no payment or credit card. There is nothing to cancel or refund on the Free plan.

2. 7-Day Free Trial

Paid plans (MeowMD Plus and MeowMD Premium) include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the applicable plan price.

3. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings — no phone calls and no hassle. When you cancel:

Your cancellation stops all future charges.
You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Your plan then reverts to the Free plan; we do not delete your cat's data unless you ask us to.

4. Subscription Refunds

Because you can cancel anytime and start with a free trial, we generally do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period after a renewal. However, we want you to be happy — if you were charged in error, experienced a genuine billing problem, or believe your situation warrants it, contact us within a reasonable time and we will review your request in good faith. Where required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, statutory refund rights continue to apply.

5. Training Money-Back Guarantee

Real results, real money-back. If you follow a MeowMD AI training program as directed for 30 days and your cat's targeted behavior has not improved, we will refund the cost associated with that training program.

To qualify for the training money-back guarantee, you must have actively followed the recommended steps and logged your progress within the app for the full 30-day period. To request a training refund, contact us with your account details and a brief summary of the steps you followed.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

To cancel: open the MeowMD app or website, go to Account → Subscription, and select Cancel.
To request a refund: email support@meowai.health with your account email and the reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund and cancellation requests promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, always governs.
